At Alchemy we are working alongside an established gallery who are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join their team. Key responsibilities: Responsible for hitting annual targets and supporting the gallery's global goals and targets. Attending a variety of events and openings to establish networks and bring new clients into the gallery. Providing clients with valuable advice and support. Conducting thorough research on potential new markets for the gallery including international art fairs. Attending weekly meetings to discuss sales with the team. Expanding sales opportunities by promoting and introducing the gallery's artists. Responsible for tracking any upcoming artwork sales and auctions. Other general duties and responsibilities may also be required. Skills required: At least 4 years' experience working in a commercial gallery or similar. At least 2 years' experience working within the sales department. Proven experience in generating revenue and sales. Excellent customer service skills required. The ability to build and maintain client relationships. Experience working both independently and within a team. Fluency in English. Sufficient knowledge of CMS systems and Artlogic.
