HOURS: 20/40 hours per week
PRIMARY LOCATION: Bradford – West Yorkshire

Role Overview:
A Sales Assistants key focus is delivering sales through service. Working as part of a team you will contribute towards delivering a positive shopping experience for our customers through providing a friendly and efficient level of customer service, making our customers feel welcome and at ease whilst shopping in the store. As a Sales Assistant you are happy to interact with customers and use your product knowledge to drive and achieve store sales targets.
General duties and responsibilities
1. Create a welcoming atmosphere and a great one to one customer experiences
2. Maximise sales opportunities & participate in meeting sales targets
3. Involved in maintaining our displays and the day-to-day housekeeping of the department
4. Develop an excellent knowledge of our company
5. Ability to work co-operatively with others
6. Enthusiasm and a positive 'can-do' attitude
7. Previous experience as a Sales Assistant or working in retail sales would be a bonus but isn't essential
8. A creative flair or interest in the latest trends is perfect as you will get to influence customers in their style choices
