Position Overview
An exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced digital focused team. Supporting wholesale relationships between Ralph Lauren and UK pure players and other key ecommerce partners. Working to ensure an elevated, brand right, onsite experience and driving sales through data analysis. Reporting to Senior Sales Manager for Digital Wholesale. Full time position starting from Mid May.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supporting Preplanning process inc. showroom appointments from planned customers
- Order Uploads into Nu Order
- Order checking / reconciliation
- Creating documents used to review assortments
- Updating weekly sales & sell through reports
- Analyse sales data and follow-up on weekly opportunities to increase full-price sell-through
- Ensure core product is live on site at all times / monitor at size level
- Reviewing sell through data to identify re-order opportunities
- Monitoring deliveries and uploads to site on key partners
- Weekly site checks to assure brand presentation is up to standard
- Supporting with ad hoc requests to support sales and marketing
- Identify assortment needs: work on SMU/Capsule product needs
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent organization skills and able to prioritise competing demands on time and achieve deadlines under pressure
- Data driven with strong analytical skills
- Full computer literacy including all Microsoft packages
- Comprehensive Excel skills including VLOOKUPS and Pivot tables
- A full strategic cycle within wholesale or retail stock analysis ideally with an interest in fashion
- Full professional proficiency in written and verbal communications in English
- Strong client communication style, previous experience of dealing with B2B queries
- Fast learner with attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills, tools and processes
