We are looking for a Sales Assistant / Barista to join the Hoxton Family for our Lymington Store in the beautiful New Forest. This store has a charming vibe with lots of regular customers and an amazing existing team.
A bit about you:
- Have a positive attitude with great communication skills
- Enjoy working with a small team
- Provide amazing customer service to every customer who walks through the door
- Be reliable with the flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends
- Ideally you will be Barista trained, if not you will have the motivation to learn this new skill
A bit about the role:
- Creating a positive environment with fabulous customer service
- Preparing coffee and other drink
- Making sandwiches and selling our freshly made buns and bread
- Serving customers, cash handling and operating tills
- Coach and encourage your team to meet our standards and perform to the best of their ability
- Most importantly working within the team you will build morale and team spirit where employees feel respected and valued.
A bit about us:
Hoxton Bakehouse sells our own delicious Handmade Artisan Pastries, Sourdough Bread and Seadog Coffee, all made, baked and roasted at our Bakery/Coffee Roastery in Southampton. We have six established stores across Hampshire, the New Forest and West Sussex as well as an ever expanding wholesale business.
