Job description
- Serving customers and dealing with enquiries in a friendly and professional way.
- Learn about Vaping products to ensure customers are given relevant information in order to choose what is right for them
- Processing cash and card payments
- Offering customers to join loyalty scheme and promoting special offers
- Handling product returns and payment refund requests
- Reporting any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately
- Promoting products based on the company’s directives
- Arranging products on the shelves and on promotional displays
- Unpacking and sorting new stock delivery
- Managing product inventory at the store
- Keeping the store presentable and clean at all times
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £9.50 per hour
