Job description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities
- Provide support to customers by answering inquiries and resolving issue
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
