We are currently looking for a Part-Time Sales Assistant to represent our brand at our counter in Selfridges.
Sana Jardin is a socially conscious, luxury fragrance house - our vision is to use clean and sustainable perfume as a vehicle for social impact and the economic empowerment of women. Built on the principles of a circular economy, our alternative business model enables the women in our supply chain to become micro-entrepreneurs by up-cycling the waste products from perfume production.We believe that if we are innovative about the way we use commercial waste, we can recycle it for the benefit of the women at the beginning of our supply chain and help them to flourish and thrive.
The Role:
-Part-time (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday).
-Ensuring customers receive an outstanding customer experience, by meeting-and- greeting and answering product questions attentively on shop floor.
-Assessing customer needs and recommending suitable products
-Report sales and performance metrics back to Head Office.
-Maintaining the product display.
-Unpacking and sorting new stock and inventory.
-Reporting any inventory or service issues back to Head Office.
Who We Are Looking For:
-You are passionate and love to engage with customers; you go beyond simple customer service and create a special experience for the customer.
-You are enthusiastic about luxury fragrance and sustainability!
-You are approachable, reliable, highly motivated.
-Ideally you will have experience working in a customer facing role within a retail environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: £9.00-£12.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, W1A 1AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
