Job description
We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Sales Assistant. In this role, you will receive on-the-job training and support to develop your skills and knowledge in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the sale of products and services
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Learning about the features and benefits of products and services
- Communicating with clients to identify their needs and preferences
- Maintaining a tidy and organized store environment
- Learning about the sales process and strategies
- Participating in sales meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and develop sales skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Basic computer skills
