Within the frame of our amazing development and next opening in Harrods, we are looking for the talents & Ambassador who will make LIVY sparkling and offering an outstanding experience to our clients.

RETAIL & CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP

  • Contribute to the success of LIVY and the performance of the store by achieving global and individual targets, keeping the quantitative and qualitative KPI’s high according to the brand requirements, and respecting the sales ceremonial defined.
  • Develop technical and stylistic expertise of the collection and product to maintain a rich and coherent sales proposition.
  • Know the brand's storytelling and key words to enrich the sale ceremony and customer experience in-store.
  • Be client-oriented: adopt a proactive approach and active listening, show empathy and receptiveness in order to discover, connect and understand your customer, and anticipate their needs.
  • Recruit, engage and develop - new- customers by building a strong, genuine and generous relationship with local and international customers over time.
  • Assimilate and follow the internal retail and CRM process required by the brand.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING

  • Respect the grooming and the brand image.
  • Follow the VM guidelines set by the brand and maintain a store environment clean and welcoming: cleaning, bending, labelling, storage.
  • Participate actively in the implementation and change of the VM - shop floor and windows - by following the guidelines sent by the VM team.

STOCK

  • Reception and management of deliveries, restocking, transfers, seasonal sales and end of season.
  • Actively participate in weekly, monthly and annual inventories (preparing, counting, scanning, searching)
  • Maintain a clean and healthy stock to minimize discrepancies, loss, shop-soiled.

Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
