Job description
Job Purpose: As a Sales Assistant at HeyGrowth, you will play a pivotal role in identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and showcasing the unique features and benefits of our products. We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for sales and relationship-building.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
