Avaliable Job Today Sales Assistant We are looking for results driven Sales Assistant to ensure a high level of customer service by providing and coordination excellent sales and after sales service. You have excellent communication skills with customers and management and the ability to use initiative especially with customers. Core responsibilities • To work with Branch Manager in all aspects of customer service. • Responsible for providing high quality service to customers, assisting them with sales whilst giving advice on the goods and their use. • Responsible for replenishment of stock on shop floor and management of deliveries. • Maintain a high level of Health & Safety within the branch including regular cleaning. • Handling cash and use and Epos till including handling of credit/debit cards, cheques, and charge accounts. • To move stock as directed and fill displays as necessary and merchandise stock effectively to maximise sales. • Unloading deliveries, checking quantities delivered, pricing and merchandising. • Responsible for ordering and maintaining stocks in certain areas. • Excellent security awareness on shop floor at all times. • Carry out other duties which fall within reasonable expectations of the role. • Thorough knowledge of manual handling guidelines in day-to-day activities. • To work within other areas of the Lords Group of Companies from time to time when and if necessary.
