Job description
Geek Retreat is on a mission to share our love for all things geeky – from games and superhero movies to anime and sci-fi, our growing network of gaming cafes and stores around the UK are the friendliest places to meet, eat, trade, and game.
We are currently recruiting a part time sales and kitchen assistant at our Glasgow store.
This role would suit an individual with excellent communication skills. Hospitality and/or retail experience is preferred, but not essential and an understanding of social media is preferable. An interest in geek culture (movie / TV / gaming) is also a must for everybody in our company. Training will be provided.
Job Role
- Serving and assisting customers
- Preparing and cooking food to order
- Contributing to social media channels for the business
- Assisting with event coordination

- Awesome attitude & work ethic
- Hospitality and / or retail experience
- A bit of a geek
