We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team and help us meet our customer service and sales goals. The ideal candidate for this position will be an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing product knowledge, and helping to maintain the store's cleanliness and appearance. The successful candidate will also be expected to help with administrative tasks such as processing payments and tracking inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with their inquiries.
- Provide product information and advice to customers.
- Assist customers with selecting products that meet their needs.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a neat and orderly sales floor.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Keep up-to-date with product information and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer purchases.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Graduate
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £500.00-£600.00 per week
