Job description
The ideal candidate will be carrying the following duties:
· Maintain a high level of customer service
· Ensure you comply with strict Health and Safety regulations
· Drive sales and loyalty scheme
· Provide high level of cleanliness, POS compliance and stock availability throughout the store
· Maintain busy Costa machine
· Strong shift management and controls of monies
· Follow strict security procedures on site
· Deal with deliveries of stock, fuel and reps who visit site

A successful applicant will undergo full training with our head trainer. This will be over a 2 week course which will include one to one based learning on the job and also online training through our retail learning portal.
