We are looking for a full-time, permanent sales assistant to join our small, busy team.
Retail and sales experience is essential. Barista training is a bonus.
About us: We are a coffee & tea specialist based in Soho, London. We sell coffee beans and loose-leaf tea and also have a coffee machine for takeaway coffee. We opened back in 1887 and are well-known, and well-loved. We are a truly independent, family-run store.
Your Role:
- You will be customer-facing, serving the clientele who visit the store, and helping them choose their desired product. Training on all products will be provided.
- We also have a busy mail order service so you will also be picking and packing orders for dispatch.
- You will be required to assist in deliveries **Heavy lifting is involved - Up To 20KG Sacks.**
- You will help maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.

Opportunity is available to grow within the company.
The job is 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, including Saturdays. Some overtime will be required.
