Job description
iStore are one of Apple’s largest Resellers and Authorised Service Providers with stores across the UK. We understand that delivering a great customer experience can only be done with great people and at iStore we’re always on the lookout for individuals that can really make a difference.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about Apple and has a track record of delivering fantastic customer service.
At iStore we understand the benefit of staff training and with our ties with Apple, ensure all our staff learn and pass the right qualifications – be it in Sales or Technical. What we require from your is a can do attitude.
If you’re not afraid of hard work, learning new technical skills and are great fun to work with, then you could be just the person we’re after.
Please note the follow:
- Full-time role with x2 days off per week.
- Must be available to work Monday - Sunday.
- Candidates must live in Guildford, England or can easily commute to Guildford.
- NO REMOTE WORKING
- No Visa Sponsorship.

Key Qualifications:
Sales Assistant
- Ability to deliver great customer experiences in a very active environment and enjoy personal interaction.
- Strong interest in technology, particularly Apple products, and agility at learning new products and features.
- Strong communication skills that let you converse as freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers.
- An understanding of the importance of great store presentation and merchandising.
- Flexible with your schedule as work hours will be based on business needs around store opening times.
