Today, tenants can pay thousands in a security deposit - often before getting their old one back. We allow tenants to avoid this, so they can use their money on the things they love. We use Insurance and Technology to help change the way people rent. Since our launch in 2018 we've helped 100,000 tenants move home, without having to pay an expensive cash deposit.

The role
We’re looking for someone to help us build a team that identifies the right agencies to work with and then brings them onboard with Zero Deposit. We’ve already got 2,500 branches in the UK. But there’s still a huge market to go after and we want you to lead that.
Your team will use a number of methods to build engagement from telesales to specific field-based events. Their role will be to get to the relevant decision-makers, sell the benefits of our product, and provide training. They’ll then pass their accounts over to the Partnerships Team who will work with clients to ensure our partners get the most out of us. You’ll split your time between organising campaigns and fieldwork, building capability in the team, and getting letting agents onboard with us.
What we're looking for
We’re looking for people who care about making a difference. It’s okay if you don’t know much about the lettings industry, insurance or are starting out in your career - if you care about the right things and have the right skills, we'll help with the rest. But if you do know about these things, especially the lettings industry, then even better!
We’re looking for people who are motivated, get our mission and will be there for the team and our partners.
Here are some key skills we're looking for:
- Experience of B2B sales
- Confidence when talking to decision makers and business owners
- Good at listening to client concerns and addressing them
- Being a good advocate (both for your clients and us).
- Able to think about solutions to problems and challenges
- A passion for management, even if you've not had experience before
- Ability to coach peers and junior members of the team
- Understanding how to use data to create a proposal a potential partner can't resist!
