As the Teamwork H&C brand has become established, we have expanded into supplying staff to both, the Hospitality Industry and the Event Industry, where we have been supplying large volumes of staff to prestigious venues such as Royal Ascot, Wembley & London Stadium and Queens Club to name a few.

Key Objectives:
Increase brand awareness
Drive new business leads and sales
To deliver internal/external marketing activity reports
To develop and communicate a consistent brand policy
Stimulate, build and inspire customer and consumer engagement
Day to Day Responsibilities may include:
- Handles all members’ queries/complaints via phone calls, social media, and other company communication tools based on online and offline platform
- Perform telemarketing or call to establish good relationship with existing and new member
- Promotes products and provide quality services to achieve market dominance.
- Identify clients with specific needs and forward their concerns to the appropriate department, supervisor, or manager
- Monitor members reactions and competitors’ activities through daily/weekly reports and submit to immediate superior
- Essential of Digital Marketing, Sales Marketing, Social Media experience, good computer and management skills
Requirements:
Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
Should be able to manage both Marketing and Sales.
Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills.
A positive attitude, good initiative and enterprise.
Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information.
Creative flair.
