We are now recruiting to fill the key role of Sales & Marketing Manager, and the successful candidate will be an exceptional individual who lives and breathes the promotion and sale of curated hospitality experiences.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

The primary responsibility is to generate sales, nurture the existing client base, research and deliver new accounts, and seek new business.

The primary accountability is to maximise the hotel profitability through creative and selective promotion and selling (from budgeting to P&L delivery).

The role

Develop and deliver the company sales & marketing strategy – from ideation to campaign planning to execution and debrief – this role will cover every aspect of marketing.

Working closely with the revenue team to create sales and marketing campaigns to deliver budgets.

Using data – analysing and drilling into the information at hand to make smarter business decisions and ensure that activity is laser focussed.

Designing marketing collateral such as posters, flyers, hospitality brochures, newsletters, and mail shots.

Ensure brand identities are reflected and represented appropriately in all activity and highlight areas where improvements can be made.

Continually seek new methods and channels to promote Rufflets.

Ownership of organising promotional assets and calendar of content for social media, CRM and website channels.

Assist in the organisation and promotion of our attendance at exhibitions, FAM visits, trade shows and external events.

Brief into and liaise with relevant design and print suppliers.

Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email automation platforms, social media and display advertising (agency managed).

Maintaining our social media presence across all platforms.

Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00 per year
