Responsibilities:Manage and maintain
social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
We have our main office in Llantrisant and MERTHYR THE ROLE WILL BE IN Merthyr store but extra hours are available throughout the summer holidays and to cover if and when the job has the potential to become full time if you were to consider this in the future.
Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
Assist with the day-to-day running of the business, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing orders.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as creating reports and presentations.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a sales or marketing role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign, is a plus.
Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, is a plus.
Knowledge of the furniture industry is a plus.
