Job description
This is a key role within an ambitious, growing business for a Sales & Marketing Assistant who is positive in nature and keen to learn new skills. This role will involve working alongside sales and management to increase sales, enhance our market presence and support existing customers.
What this role requires:
· Understanding of social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram & Tik Tok
· Support customers with queries about products, deliveries and other relevant matters via email, social media channels and by phone
· Creating, managing and implementing content marketing strategies across Print and digital media
· Constantly reviewing the latest trends across social channels and contribute content ideas based on what’s trending i.e. Instagram reels & Tik Tok
· Create engaging email campaigns
· Research & write content for blog posts, magazine editorial, email and social campaigns.
· Keep up to date with the industry trends.
· Support day-to-day administration

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Desirable:
· Degree in Advertising or Marketing related field.
· Google AdWords certified or experience
· Experience in the e-commerce industry.
· Design experience using Canva or Photoshop or similar.
· Keen attention to detail.
