Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Sales and Customer Service Executive to join our growing company in the Sales and Service Team. This job would suit someone with at least 1-2 years of post-graduate office experience, some telephone/customer-facing sales experience with a proven track record of hitting sales targets, who enjoys providing excellent service to the customers with a smile and who is looking to build a long-term career in a blended sales/ customer service environment.

Your job will be to liaise with customers and potential customers by live chat, telephone, and email to drive up average order values by upselling and assisting customers with their queries in relation to company formation. Your job will involve a high level of multi-tasking with an element of urgency because of the volumes that can arise.

You will be commercially focused and have a positive outlook, with an eye on driving sales to highly profitable areas of our business. You will also ensure you are up to date with our products and any changes in our industry.

Full training on our industry will be provided via an internal learning structure; however, we require someone committed to engaging in learning our industry as well as the products we provide, to ensure customers receive expert advice.

The Industry

Company formation agents help people form companies of all types, e.g. private limited companies, non-profits, and LLPs. Company formation agents also specialise in post-incorporation services, address services, PAYE/VAT registration, and company dissolution.

  • Very fast typing speed

Experience Required

  • Post-graduate with some office experience (1-2 years)
  • Sales experience (at least 1 year)
