A Sales Coordinator, or Outbound Sales Coordinator, oversees the performance and efficiency levels of Sales Representatives. Their main duties include setting goals and quotas for sales teams, creating training schedules and maintaining the inventory of sales presentation tool. Provide sales process support to client teams, leadership, other internal operations teams and interfacing functional areas. Assist Accenture Practitioners in navigating the company's internal sales processes. Support SalesEx Leadership and Business Partners in driving efforts across multiple SalesEx service areas. Critical services include the support of opportunity pipeline management, new business meeting coordination, sales reporting/analysis for leadership, and internal sales processes/tools support for client teams. The Marketing team's objective is to increase awareness and demand of the COMSOL Multiphysics® simulation software in India. This position is ideal for a young professional with up to 2 years of experience in marketing. If successful, you will join a close-knit team of sales, marketing and technical specialists that form an important part of this rapidly expanding global company. This role will work extremely collaboratively with other WES functions and GDS Ops BMC team members, colleagues across Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC), and various WES stakeholders.
Ability to quickly absorb product information and relay value propositions to prospects and clients. Monitor and analyse metrics and pro-actively take steps to improve results. Strong analytical and MS Excel skills. Have to be an expert in the working platform and should benefit the clients by using it. The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of experience in sales coordination and a strong background in utilizing SAP technologies to drive sales.
Responsibilities:
· Preparing quotations, sales order
· Online tenders and offline tenders
· Handling orders from e-commerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart etc
· Acts as a project manager for moderately complex, small to medium projects.
· Managing AMC Pay-outs- SAP report. Contract validation, NOC, Credit collection, control approvals and working with payments/invoice team/ Partners.
· Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders, pricing, and promotions in SAP
· Monitor sales orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to delivery or product availability
· Collaborate with the sales team to create accurate sales forecasts in SAP and ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to meet demand
· Create and maintain customer profiles, sales reports, and other sales-related documents in SAP
· Provide support to the sales team by addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to order status, product availability, and delivery schedules
· Assist with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns in SAP, including email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing channels
· Monitor and report on sales metrics, including sales pipeline, sales conversion rates, and customer satisfaction levels
· Provide training and support to sales team members on the effective use of SAP for sales and order management
· Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to the sales process and SAP systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
· Ensure all the audit actions are executed on priority and right controls established and no repeat fallouts
· Timely Pay-outs to contracted partners along with Record Retention and process documentation
· Work with RPA team and automate the payment/audit process and reduce /eliminate manual interface. Timely reports/dashboards to stakeholders
· Understanding of Sales/Opportunity Management process and policies preferred; the ability to follow and apply sales processes, particularly our complex approval processes, is a core competency of the role
· Planning, execution and monitoring of email marketing campaigns across different event categories
· Managing media partner campaigns and exploring new avenues for partnership
· Processing customer information on a regular basis and assisting with CRM related projects
· Partner with GDS Ops BMC team to deliver engaging, relevant, and timely WES program/initiative content for people across our various channels.
· Maintain a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
· Plan marketing and promotions in coordination with the digital and marketing team.
· Assist with the planning and execution of events, including BTL initiatives, webinars, and other promotional activities
· Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make recommendations to improve performance.
Requirements
· At least 20 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in a technology or manufacturing industry
· Strong knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and SAP Business Warehouse (BW)
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, sales team members, and other stakeholders
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and patterns
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Experience with digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing channels
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
