ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for Sales & Admissions Hosts, to join us at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy!
As a Sales & Admissions Host you will be the face of the resort, being one of the first and last team members our guests interact with, delivering the most magical start and end to their day! Admissions Hosts work in a variety of positions across our entrance areas and Resort Box Office; from parking cars, to selling tickets through to helping guests have a swift entry through our turnstiles or hotel guest entrance. In this role you'll provide guests with not only a fantastic experience during their visit, but also to ensure we make them aware of the wide range of additional products available. you'll be part of a team motivated to drive sales and hit targets on products ranging from, Fast Track tickets, Special Events, Dungeon & Scare Maze Tickets, Merlin Annual Passes and many more diverse products. – it really is a role like no other! In this unique role you will have the opportunity to interact with every single guest who visits our Theme Park – playing a key role in ensuring our guests have the most smooth, efficient, and memorable arrival and departure experience!

Our ideal Admissions Hosts are people who love working in all weather conditions within fast paced environments, having an energetic, positive and proactive nature to deliver memorable experiences to our guests during long and busy days! You will be someone who loves a challenge and is able to think on their feet, as you’ll be the first point of call for any issues guests have while parking their cars or using their tickets. You’ll be someone who loves to share their passion and knowledge for the resort and thrive in a work environment where you are presented with new scenarios on a daily basis, all whilst using your initiative to deliver the best possible service each and every time.
