We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales and Account Manager for Belgium and te Netherlands. As a key part of the Commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our European operations and expanding our presence in both established and emerging markets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role focuses on the growth of ICAS sales in Belgium and Netherlands and to manage a portfolio of Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) and Wellbeing services for new and existing clients. This role will be crucial in the development of the ICAS Netherlands and Belgium markets through managing existing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities and expanding on-selling opportunities within the existing client base.

One of the key aspects of the role is finding new business opportunities for ICAS and an exciting component of this will be working with leaders to plan and execute a strategy to drive client retention and identify and secure new clients. As such, the post holder will need to be acquainted with the marketplace as well as competitors at a local level.

A positive attitude towards teamwork, partnership and support will be an important attribute but the role will also require someone who is a self-starter and who can hit the ground running. Preference will be given to those with more than five years’ experience within the mental health, insurance or employee benefits environments.

Duties and Responsibilities

Business Development and Sales

· Create and implement an effective sales strategy in Belgium and Netherlands to enable delivery of overall ICAS sales targets.

· Effectively engage with internal and external ICAS stakeholders (i.e., clinical operations, corporate supports teams and external affiliates) to effectively engage potential clients to prospect new business.

· Generate new business revenue as per allocated targets.

· Proactively identify trends within the market to inform and develop value propositions for new or add-on sales opportunities.

· Build a sales pipeline aligned with the overall business strategy.

· Coordinate, participate and support all sales processes including monitoring and forecasting of sales performance.

· Set up and manage alliances and relationships with various third-party companies such as brokers and channel partners for distribution and/or lead generation.

· Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management systems.

· Write specifications and proposals. Participate in pricing the solution/service.

Client Retention

· Management of a portfolio of predominantly Belgium and supporting Netherlands based corporate clients, including programme launches and ongoing programme management.

· Ensuring excellent customer service and outstanding customer experience

· Effective liaison with various ICAS departments in the delivery of services to portfolio of clients

· Development of relevant marketing and awareness materials in conjunction with ICAS Group and other teams.

· The use of data to demonstrate the impact and value of programmes through effective delivery of reports.

· Establish effective relationship and collaborations internally, as well as within the extended business environment.

· Maintain a good relationship with clients and new contacts.

Administration & Financial Management of Account

· Effective and accurate maintenance of client information on relevant ICAS systems

· Effective collaboration with ICAS Finance teams to ensure timeous invoicing and assistance with tracking of debtors

· Effective client budget management

· Effective renewal and annual increase negotiations

Location independent with remote working (ICAS can recruit from the UK, the Netherlands or Belgium)

Meetings will be held in London from time to time and travel to our other offices may be occasionally required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

· Preferred (but not required) - Relevant Bachelor’s degree in business or sciences.

· Extensive client services experience and expertise

· Demonstrable experience in managing sales targets, ideally having operated in both Belgium and Netherlands

· Ability to speak English, Dutch and French

· Extensive client services experience and expertise

· Preference for thorough knowledge and thorough understanding of EAP including commercial underpinnings of such programmes.

· Strong project managements skills to deal with complex projects under time pressure.

· Solid experience in working with data and programme reporting.

· Excellent presentation skills

· Excellent administrative skills

· Excellent telephone and online manner

· Computer literate

· Strong negotiating skills and the ability to close deals.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a functional and diverse team.

· A passion for wellbeing and/or mental health, with experience writing in this field as a plus.

· Experience working for a large international company is a plus.
