Sales Advisor
Duties:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding the right products or services to meet their needs.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Excellent sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Knowledge of the products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using technology, including point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
