We are currently looking for a Sales Advisor to come and join our team at Bristol Street Motors SEAT Birmingham!
We are offering an industry leading basic salary of £28,000 plus an OTE of £30,000 and a fixed 40 hour working week across 5 days!
We can be flexible and are open to discussing a range of working patterns that can support your work life balance alongside customer demand.
Our Sales Advisors support our customers throughout their whole buying journey both online and in-store with their main focus being delivering fantastic customer service. Our digital capability is industry leading and we are ready to handle the exciting future we have ahead of us in motor retail including the transformation to electric vehicles.
Our Sales Advisors are experts in helping with the little things. Whether it's arranging test drives, choosing the right finance or picking out the right additional accessories, they are with the customer every step of the way making sure they have a fantastic experience when purchasing their new car. Our team engage with customers online, in-store, on the phone or by video, nationally as well as locally, therefore good communication skills and the ability to use technology is vital.
All we need from you is your driving licence proving your ability to drive within the UK and an ability to demonstrate that you can provide great customer service. If you have worked within retail, hospitality, or any customer service or sales led field we want to hear from you!
If your application is successful, we will need to complete the usual employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
