JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assisting the contract sales management team in promoting the company's products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts by managing the CMU (corporate multi-unit) and LCC (local credit chain/customer) Contract Sales Organization. The contract sales analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining all activities dealing with Multi-Unit Account Sales contracts and programs.

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assisting the contract sales management team in promoting the company's products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts by managing the CMU (corporate multi-unit) and LCC (local credit chain/customer) Contract Sales Organization. The contract sales analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining all activities dealing with Multi-Unit Account Sales contracts and programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plans, schedules and, and develops Contract Sales customer contracts.
- Works as a liaison between local and Sysco Corporate Multi-unit Sales Departments.
- Establishes and maintains customer/item tracking, spreadsheets
- Communicates necessary information concerning Contract Sales Accounts to appropriate Sales Department Management.
- Makes sound, informed decisions with minimal delay, about internal and external customer issues or problems, also informing the director of program Sales of issues or problems, if issues are of a sensitive, critical nature.
- Running reports and updating SUPC Codes weekly
- Reach across the table mentality: Collaboration with teams outside of our own to solve problems/drive results
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurability standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred.
Experience
- 5 years in produce/product sales experience preferred
Professional Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Effective written/oral communication skills, strong analytical skills
- Excel intermediate/expert
- Some working knowledge of VBA
- Formula lookups (Index match, V-lookups)
Internal experience with Sysco - understanding of the DPM process
