THE ROLE:

WHO AM I?
I drive excellence in service, selling and styling. Interacting with customers and create a warm welcome to drive turnover and experience.

WHAT DO I DO?
Love bags, know the latest fashion trends, bring ideas and energy to the department.
Making commercial decisions, maintaining standards and placing new lines.
Providing a 1-1 service, and multi-serving.

WHAT DO I KNOW?
Good understanding of our customer, meet weekly targets, understand stock and availability.

HOW DO I ENGAGE?

Our Sales Advisors are the key to delivering the best possible service to our customers in a responsive and fast moving environment.

We are passionate and driven to provide the very best experience to our customers and are looking for like minded individuals to join our RI family!

Total Hours = 39hrs per week

Full Flexibility is needed, includes occasional weekend and late night working.
