Take full ownership of the customer booking experience with Kingswood by joining our team as our Sales Advisor for our busy Norwich-based contact centre.
About the role:
As the Sales Advisor, you will work part of the sales team, providing excellent care to our customers who are interested in booking with us at Kingswood.
You will be responsible for answering customers’ requests and queries through inbound calls and our live chat facility.
Working closely with key stakeholders of the business to deliver key sales targets to support the business with growth, profitability and EBITDA.
About you:
- Previous experience in working within a sales (telesales) or customer service positions
- Experience in working towards targets – individual, team and organisational
- Enthusiastic, motivated with the drive for success
- An excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Good understanding of office IT products including MS word, MS excel and MS outlook.
