Sales Advisor
GUESS is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team in London.
This position is responsible for:
- Providing information to customers about the features and benefits of our products.
- Generating new sales by educating customers about our products.
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests by providing information or resolving problems.
- Following up on old accounts to ensure that customers are still satisfied.
- Writing sales orders, preparing purchase orders, and shipping product.
- Managing inventory of products to ensure that inventory is in stock and available for customers' needs.
- Providing accurate and complete information by observing all policies, procedures, and safety procedures.
- Maintaining a safe work environment by complying with safety procedures and keeping work area clean.
