Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Assist clients in selecting products that meet their preferences and requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of retail math, including calculating discounts, percentages, and sales totals
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems
