DonnaCommLTD is a Vodafone Partner - we operate the Boston & Spalding Vodafone stores, plus a contact centre supporting customers over live chat. We're looking for enthusiastic, sales driven individuals who would like a chance to develop their career
What will you be doing?
- We are seeking a motivated and sales orientated Sales Advisor to join our team in our Vodafone Spalding store.
- The part time role is 22 hours spread across 3 or 4 days. For the right candidate we may offer 38 hours per week spread across five days, working across both the Boston & Spalding stores. You must be able to work Saturdays and some Sundays, as this is our busiest time
- In this role, you will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, build trust and create a personal experience to be remembered.
- Looking after our customers is our number one priority, so you must be great at making customers feel welcome and enjoy their time in store, as well as resolving any issues.

You will also need to:
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and ensure compliance against key metrics
- Undertake regular learning and development and align with company and FCA requirements
- Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guideline at all times
- Partaking in Vodafone’s security vetting process whenever required
