We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, identifying customer needs and providing solutions, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers. Our Sales Advisors are the face of our company and must be able to handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Provide advice and guidance to customers on product selection.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Salary: £23,070.00-£24,754.00 per year
