Due to exceptional business growth, we are on the lookout for additional Car Finance Sales Advisors who are professional, courteous, success hungry and eager to advance through their results. These vacancies are within our Customer Engagement Team and you will be part of a very exciting future. If you have experience in tele sales, webchat, retail sales, car retail, deal making, hospitality or customer service we would love to hear from you.
Our Car Finance Sales roles interact directly with customers who have already applied for car finance online. You would be speaking to customers over the phone taking them from enquiry through to completion of their agreement for their new car. There is NO cold calling. You will be building a rapport based on fulfilling the needs of the customer's who have applied for finance through one of our partners such as AA, Zopa, Autolend, Experian and many more.

We will ensure you are fully trained and able to work within our regulatory framework (FCA) but have the scope to speak freely to customers without constant scripting.

What we are looking for – The Best!
- Customer Service and/or Sales experience either telephone based, face to face or via digital channels
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong telephone and/or webchat skills
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Regulatory knowledge and understanding of finance products
- Professional approach
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Ability to commute to Chesterfield S41 9PZ
