Sales Advisor Role- £20,000 rising to £25,000 basic plus commision (£35K OTE rising to £58K OTE)

We are GID Ltd a financial services business operating exclusively in the automotive industry providing services to our clients who are prestigious motor finance companies, motor dealers and brokers
Due to company expansion, we are looking for committed, self-motivated and driven people to be part of our dynamic home based team of FCA authorised advisors.

Main Responsibilities: -
Following an advised process to sell regulated products.
Follow GID's internal process of Treating Customers Fairly.
Work to achieve and exceed set KPI's and targets
Manage your own workload and customer accounts.
Skills required
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Able to work independently to achieve personal and company goals
- Able to sell under FCA guidelines and company compliance procedures
- Have a desire to exceed target
- Evidence of excellent sales experience.
- Proven time management and organisational skills
- A solid background in target driven sales.
What else to expect:
- You will receive full training, remotely, on all products and systems. You will meet your new colleagues, perfect your sales technique and get continuous support and coaching.
- You will get every weekend, Bank Holiday and Christmas off and an early finish on a Friday.
- Hours of work: Monday and Thursday 9:30am to 6pm Tuesday and Wednesday 10am to 7pm Friday 9;30am to 3:30pm. Flexible working around these hours is available after a probationary period.
