Here at our O2 store in Hayes, we have an opportunity for an ambitious, dynamic and talented person to work with our great team.

Our basic Salary is £20,000.00 + Bonus (avg. OTE £22.5k). Part time hours are paid at pro rata.

Hours of work will be up to 29 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure that you are up to date with all o2 products and services.

• Ensure that you and the store team consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Support the implementation and execution of all new and existing products.
• Support the store in exceeding performance targets.
• Using in store systems ensure all sales processes are consistently adhered to.
• Merchandising, appearance of the store, self and the team is of the highest standard.

What we’re looking for in Sales Advisor:

• Someone with a willingness to achieve and exceed key performance indicators
• Someone who is confident, resilient and enthusiastic.
• Someone who is articulate and enjoys talking to customers.

Other information

• A Fulltime working week is 40 hours per week over 5 out of 7 days. This role will include weekend work
