Your Role:
As a Sales Representative at easyStorage, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will engage with customers both inbound and outbound, helping them find the ideal storage solutions for their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and Advise: Proactively engage with customers through inbound and outbound channels to identify their storage requirements.
- Maximize Sales Opportunities: Utilize your sales skills to effectively promote our products and services, maximizing sales opportunities.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service, both in person and through digital channels, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries and tailor solutions to their needs.
- Collaborate for Efficiency: Collaborate with the transport and operations teams during the booking process to optimize operational efficiency and maximize transport utilization.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks, such as maintaining accurate customer records and processing transactions.
