Due to our continued success over 25 years as the UK’s most Ethical and Loved private number plate agency, we are looking for highly motivated and happy Customer Service Advisors to join our growing team based in SA1 Swansea.
Perfect candidates would be bright, caring, charismatic and confident team players who are self-motivated, with experience in similar customer advisory roles. If you have great people skills, are passionate and focussed about doing a good job and a good communicator with little or no experience, then we’ll be pleased to consider you, as ongoing training is provided.

The Role
You will (after training) be required to provide expert customer sales advice and after exemplary sales support to our nationwide clients seeking to buy and sell private number plates.
We take pride in our ethical business approach and these positions involve no cold calling or hard-selling practices whatsoever.
You will be taking inbound calls from nice people who specifically want to acquire private number plates and have found us through referrals from their friends, family, or our online marketing campaigns.
You will help them match their needs and budget to whatever suits them best from over 55 million available choices! There is no pressure selling and we already have many 100’s of thousands of delighted customers.
Normal patterns of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm or 9:30 am to 6pm, with occasional weekend working 8.30am - 4.30pm, Sat or Sun. Full time hours of 42.5 hours a week, 5 days out of 7.
Requirements
Ideally you will have:
- Strong people skills with a desire to help and a determination to do a good job
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to match the right solution with the right customer by asking the right questions
- Good self-motivation - able to work under own initiative with minimum supervision
- Sound IT skills and a confident telephone manner
- A passionate ‘can-do’ attitude and a love for solving puzzles
- Previous experience in advising clients from all walks of life and achieving targets
