Job Title: Sales Advisor
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced sales advisor to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and setting up appointments or demos. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build rapport with potential clients and overcome objections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list or leads
- Introduce our products or services and explain the benefits to potential clients
- Set up appointments or demos for sales team members to further discuss products or services
- Overcome objections and persuade potential clients to consider our offerings
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment-setting goals
- Keep accurate records of all calls and interactions in our customer relationship management system
- Attend training and development sessions as required
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or telemarketing preferred but not crucial
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with potential clients quickly
- Persistence and determination in the face of rejection
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management systems such as excel
