Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and identify their requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of various car models
- Proactively engage with potential buyers, build rapport, and establish long-term relationships to drive sales
- Assist customers in test driving vehicles and provide information about financing options and incentives available
- Negotiate sales contracts, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process
- Collaborate with the dealership's finance and insurance team to provide customers with comprehensive purchase options
- Continuously update knowledge of new car models, features, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries
- Achieve monthly sales targets and meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the dealership
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual, capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing sales environment
- Knowledge of automotive features, specifications, and financing options is an asset
- Proficiency in using CRM software or other sales management tools
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Proven OTE of £45,000, guaranteed salary of £20,000
