Job description

Duties

• Advising & serving customers.
• Product, processes & service training, (in-house & external)
• Processing payments.
• Photographing and booking out repairs.
• Sending emails.
• Assisting customers in order to help them find what they need.
• Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
• Promoting products & special offers.
• Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
• Visual merchandising, stock, display units & window displays.
• Stock taking.
• Telephone receptions, directing calls and effective message taking.
• Creating social media posts & stories
• Working local external wedding fairs
• Must be well groomed.

Role

• Greeting customers in the store.
• Rotating and replenishing stock.
• Ensuring that goods are arranged in displays and on the shelves.
• Placing certain produce in a specific area during a sale or promotion.
• Meet pre-determined sales targets.
• Making sure the store remains clean, tidy & attractive.
• Taking customer details, card and cash payments, recommending insurance at a Point-of-Sale unit.
• Talking to disgruntled customers, providing refunds, or perhaps bringing the customer to a manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32 - 40 per week

Salary: £10.45-£10.50 per hour
