We're offering opportunities to work on a Hybrid model – A mix of days on site based in Belfast City Centre & from the comfort of your own home.

This role offers a yearly salary of £21,174 - £21,673 PLUS fantastic bonus earning potential.

As a Sales Advisor within our friendly and supportive team, you will be responsible for:

• Handling incoming calls from existing customers.
• Support sales transactions by advising customer on suitable products to meet your conversion target as well as other targets.
• Assist with general queries.
• Explain and promote product features and benefits.
• Process customer payments.
• Providing the best possible customer experience.

Your Skills

To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:

• 6 months sales experience OR working toward performance based targets.
• Target driven.
• Good at multi-tasking.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems at one time.
• Must be fully flexible for rotational shift patterns between 8am - 8pm Monday - Sunday.
• A quiet place to work at home.
• Good broadband connection (10mbps or above).
