Sales Advisor, Watford. Competitive Basic Salary of £20,000 with a realistic OTE in year 1 of £40,000+ for a national retailer. Immediate Start.

My Client is looking for a Sales Advisor who has a real passion and flair for home design as well as the ability to reach sales targets. With the best products, great prices and a market-leading advertising campaign their stores always achieve a high footfall. Our customers really value the world-class customer service they have been used to receiving from this market-leading brand.

What we are looking for in our next Sales Advisor:

  • Confident proactive approach when dealing with a customer-facing environment
  • The ability to upsell and cross-sell across a wide range of product areas
  • Full-Time position including regular Weekends, days off during the week.
  • Able to advise customers on design, colour and patterns
  • Quick learner and able to learn in an ever-changing fast-paced environment
  • Target driven and self-motivated individual

Our store opens Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 8pm, Saturday from 9:30am to 6pm and Sunday from 10.30am to 5pm (10:30 am - 11:00 am viewing only). You will be required to work most weekends and Bank Holidays as these are high footfall/sales days for us.
