2Fawcett are recruiting for a Sales Advisor, to join a company located in Sutton In Ashfield on a full time, permanent basis.
Our client is a well established business and are looking for an experienced parts sales advisor to join their team at the head office in Sutton In Ashfield.
The Role & Responsibilities of the Sales Advisor
- Monitor enquiries
- Ensure efficient operation in the parts department from sales enquiry to despatch by liaising with the staff daily
- Accurate identification of part numbers
- Maintain sales revenue
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Ensuring enquiries and orders are responded to in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with parts suppliers
- Monitor sales
Requirements of the Sales Advisor
- Experience in a parts sales advisor role
- Excellent communication skills
