A little more about the role…
The Sales Representative will promote and sell our market leading central heating products to both new and existing customers. You will be comprehensively trained using a combination of internal trainers, structured peer support learning and our latest technology platforms.
Speaking to customers by telephone and video calls, you will use effective questioning to understand the customer’s requirements and enable the Sales Representatives to provide the customer with options for a new heating system upgrade. The Senior Sales Representative role does not involve any cold calling.
Location - Home/Padiham (with great transport links).
Full Time – 37.5 Hours per week, (Operating hours between 9am-6.30pm) plus 1 Saturday morning shift per month (10:00-14:00)
We are looking for someone that can:
- Take inbound calls from the Lead Generation team and make outbound calls for current leads
- Manage your own customers including call-backs
- Handle and overcome objections from customers
- Be target driven and self-motivated
- Work with initiative
- Utilise sales skills with customers
- Work individually and as a team
- Knowledge of health and safety and industry specific legislative requirements.
- Proficient to high level in Microsoft office package.
