We are looking for Capable and Enthusiastic Call Centre Advisors to join our growing team.
This great opportunity is available to all candidates from all walks of life, irrelevant of sales experience, full intensive training will be provided.
The Opportunity:
Working alongside an experienced sales department, this stimulating role will require you to contact and manage all customer enquiries confidently and courteously over the phone, providing the customer with an opportunity to update their existing account. Whilst quickly assessing their needs and responding to any queries. With a friendly and professional approach, you will have excellent organisational skills to promptly assist and update existing clients accounts, whilst delivering a high level of customer service.
