QUOTE FROM THE HEAD OF DEPARTMENT!

Paul Johnson – “We have a friendly, inclusive team here in sales. We help and support each other, celebrate success and rise to challenges together. We’re looking for someone with those attributes. Team spirit, a willingness to learn, ready to take on new challenges and a desire to continually improve. We can train you on the systems and processes, but its all about right behaviours for me. I have worked at Scania for over 22 years, right from administration to senior leadership position. And this is no accident! Scania’s values align with my own. We offer an excellent benefits package which includes a pension scheme, complementary life insurance, financial incentive schemes and discounts on major retail outlets including groceries.

At Scania we invest considerably in colleague development and training, and you can expect to receive comprehensive training to provide opportunities for career progression not only in the UK but throughout our global organisation.
