First Intuition (FI) is an award winning, premier provider of professional training, including apprenticeships and has recently been awarded Outstanding provider status by Ofsted. The company has grown, since its establishment in 2009, to having a network of study centres with more than 80 employees.

FI is seeking to appoint a Course Advisor within our AAT Distance Learning team reporting to the AAT Distance-learning Sales Manager.

Working from home as part of a busy, fast paced, dynamic, professional customer service/sales team, the Course Advisor role is responsible for providing advice to potential students of First Intuition, ensuring an excellent standard of customer care by guiding students to choose the right course for them. Duties will include answering incoming calls, emails and live chats, making outbound calls to prospects (not cold calling) and undertaking other administrative duties as required. This is a home-based role but the successful candidate will be required to attend ad-hoc monthly meetings in Leeds.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic team player with excellent communications skills and attention to detail. You will be keen to learn to use systems within a small and successful growing company.
