Job description
The job entails processing sales orders, arrange deliveries . You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. Receive and process sale orders online, or via phone and email. Duties include checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices, maintaining sales records, and compiling monthly sales reports. Ideal candidates for the role should be efficient and adaptable workers with good all-round administrative abilities, including a working knowledge of spreadsheets. They must have excellent customer service skills and be good organisers.

Salary: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
